Game Details

One of Toaplan's finest arcade games, Outzone is a two player vertical scrolling shooter which plays like a mixture of Mercs, Ikari Warriors and Truxton. Set on a far off alien planet, the 'Outzone' your mission is to guide two cyborb marines through seven incredibly tough levels annihilating all alien opposition! Some spectacular graphics for their time -- particularly the bosses. Followed by a sequel, Fix Eight, in 1992.
