Game Details
This version of SFII:CE was Capcom's answer to the (bootleg) modified versions of SFII:CE that were appearing. (Like "Rainbow Edition".)
Some characters also had some newer moves (Chun Li has a Fireball), and changes to where you were allowed to do what moves. The game plays faster, and you get new flashy colors.
