Game Details

Player one plays as Ryu and player two plays as Ken. The game begins with the player selecting which country's fighters he or she will take on first. Play proceeds with the player taking on two fighters from each country in the game (Japan, USA, China, England, and Thailand). After all enemy characters are defeated, the ending plays and the game is over.

The special moves in this game are executed with the same controller and button combinations as the street fighter 2 games. However, in the original Street Fighter, your character does not react to your button pressing until the buttons have been released. So the best way to do the specials are to 1. hold the button 2. do the motion 3. release the button.
