1 or 2 player simulataneous driving game - with a twist. The earliest video game with 2-player cooperative gameplay.

Driving game where you rush a hook-and-ladder to fires. If the second player played, he controlled the back of the truck.

A single-player version was released as Smokey Joe. In the United States, RePlay magazine listed Smokey Joe as the ninth highest-grossing arcade game of 1978, and the original Fire Truck as the year's 12th highest-grossing title.
