Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition is an updated version of Super Street Fighter IV, released in Japanese arcades on December 16, 2010. It introduced four additional characters: Yun, Yang, Evil Ryu, and Oni, expanding the roster to 39 fighters. The arcade edition also featured gameplay adjustments, including new EX moves and character balance changes. Utilizing the NESYS Card system, players could track their Battle Points (BP) and Player Points (PP), with rankings displayed on the pre-match screen. The arcade version was later ported to home consoles and PC in 2011.
