Notes:

- For the cocktail, P20 pin F is labeled Left Coin Counter.
- When using the RGB color outputs, make sure P19 pin 8 (cocktail) is
  grounded or Blue (P19 pin 5) will not output.
- The start buttons also serve as the "power stone" buttons, which
  enable a player to catch a fireball.
